Reilly Edwards
We thrive through connection whether with others, our passions, or a deeper understanding of ourselves. Yet, lifes unpredictability often brings transitions, unexpected changes, and periods of adjustment and healing. In these times, we may find ourselves facing echoes of old wounds or caught in patterns that feel hard to break leaving us feeling unsteady, alone, or distanced from the stability we all need. Beneath it all, there is a deep longing for a sense of safety and groundedness, though holding onto these can be difficult amidst life's constant shifts. Still, each new moment offers an opportunity to rediscover who we are and where we truly belong.
Seeking support can feel both vulnerable and empowering, especially in times of uncertainty. But you don't have to face these moments alone. My goal is to create a space where compassion, courage, and self-discovery come together, allowing you to explore, heal, and grow. Each person brings a unique story, and I'm here to help you uncover insights, build resilience, and navigate life's complexities whether that means working through day-to-day stressors, trauma, relational challenges, or seeking deeper self-understanding and purpose.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, and DBT, tailored to meet your specific needs. Grounded in trauma-informed, holistic care, I draw from psychodynamic and attachment theories for depth-oriented exploration. Our sessions may involve uncovering past patterns and identifying unhelpful thoughts or behaviors while working toward practical skills for sustainable change.
Im committed to broadening therapeutic options, including innovative approaches like EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, for clients facing challenges such as CPTSD and depression. My work often includes parts work and an emphasis on attachment dynamics to help you reconnect with yourself in compassionate and authentic ways.
With experience in individual and group therapy, trauma-informed care, forensic evaluations, and interdisciplinary collaboration, I bring a wide-ranging perspective to support clients from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized and underserved communities. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and am working toward LPC licensure in Georgia. I offer in-person and teletherapy sessions for teens, adults, and couples, fostering an inviting, non-judgmental space to begin your journey.
