Getting Started with Restore Therapy

  • You can fill out our contact form, call us at (404) 850-6388, or click “Schedule Now.” From there, we’ll help match you with the right clinician and guide you through next steps.

  • We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to request a specific clinician. If you’re unsure, we’ll match you based on your needs, preferences, and goals.

  • We offer both:

    • In-person sessions in Atlanta, GA

    • Telehealth sessions (virtual therapy)

Therapy Services

ADHD & Autism Evaluations

  • We offer:

  • That’s completely okay if you’re unsure. Many clients aren’t certain whether they’re experiencing ADHD, autism, or both. We can help guide you to the best option.

  • Yes. Comprehensive evaluations may be used for:

    • School accommodations (IEPs, 504 plans)

    • Workplace accommodations

    Acceptance depends on your institution’s requirements.

  • No. Evaluations are self-pay only, though we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Yes. All evaluations require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Insurance & Cost

  • We are in-network with:

    • Aetna

    • Humana

    • UMR

    • United Healthcare

    Please note: Each clinician accepts different plans. Visit their bio page for details.

  • When using insurance:

    • A diagnosis is required

    • Insurance companies may request session notes

    If you prefer more privacy, self-pay may be a better option.

  • Your cost will depend on:

    • Your insurance plan (copay or deductible)

    • Whether you choose self-pay

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee

  • Exceptions may be made based on circumstances—please discuss with your provider

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

  • You can request this estimate before scheduling services

  • You will receive it at least one business day before your appointment

  • If your bill is $400+ higher than your estimate, you can dispute the charge
