Getting Started with Restore Therapy

Yes. You’re welcome to request a specific clinician. If you’re unsure, we’ll match you based on your needs, preferences, and goals.

That’s completely okay if you’re unsure. Many clients aren’t certain whether they’re experiencing ADHD, autism, or both. We can help guide you to the best option.

Yes. Comprehensive evaluations may be used for:
School accommodations (IEPs, 504 plans)
Workplace accommodations
Acceptance depends on your institution’s requirements.

No. Evaluations are self-pay only, though we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes. All evaluations require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee
Exceptions may be made based on circumstances—please discuss with your provider
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.
You can request this estimate before scheduling services
You will receive it at least one business day before your appointment
If your bill is $400+ higher than your estimate, you can dispute the charge
